Pricing Questions

Common pricing questions

A bid package is one set of bid documents for one project solicitation. If you are submitting on two separate projects, that is two separate reviews. If a project is re-bid and new documents are issued, that is a new review.

No. You place the order and then upload documents through your dashboard. We begin review after documents are uploaded. Turnaround time starts from the time your documents are complete in the system.

Contact us at support@bidfastapp.com before review begins and we can upgrade your order. Once review has started, upgrades may not be possible depending on timeline.

We review what is uploaded and note any documents that appear to be missing. If critical documents are absent, we flag that in the report. We do not hold orders waiting for complete packages unless you request it.

We do not currently offer volume pricing on the standard plans. If you have a high volume of recurring bids, contact us at support@bidfastapp.com to discuss options.

Once a review has been delivered, we do not issue refunds. If you believe we missed a clearly stated compliance requirement that appeared in the documents you uploaded, contact us and we will review the issue at no additional charge.
